Hi! I'm Melina,

In case we haven't met yet, I am a Health & Wellness Coach who successfully empowers women to overcome emotional/binge eating, make peace with food and finally feel in control of their eating habits!

I've always loved being active and fit, but as much as I always consistently 'tried' to be healthy, I would always struggle with binge eating on the weekends or find myself reaching for the red wine or Cadbury's Marvellous Creations at night when I wasn't coping.

This left me so frustrated, because I desperately wanted to get on top of my unhealthy eating habits, but I had no idea how to.

It made me feel like all my efforts in creating a healthy life for myself went down the toilet the moment I opened my mouth and sunk my teeth into that first bite of pizza.

With a background in Counselling and Social Work, I have spent 17 years working with people one on one helping them overcome self sabotage, identity & self worth struggles, insecurities and coming of age.

After studying as a Professional Life Coach and becoming a certified Wellness Coach, I KNEW my calling was to work with women to help them overcome emotional eating and create a life of sustainable healthy habits.

I do what I do because I never want to see another woman held back from creating the healthy life of her dreams! After breaking free from so many unhealthy food beliefs and habits, I want to do everything I can to help educate, inspire and empower women to do the same!
