Hi, I'm Heather
I'm a licensed therapist for many years now, and I love helping people reduce their anxiety and emotional overwhelm.
I specialize in using DBT strategies to educate and empower folks with strong emotions (DBT stands for Dialectical Behavioral Therapy).
