Our dual approach is designed to help you stabilise in your newfound Christian faith and find the way to carry the unique cross God has assigned to you.

We help you to lean into your trigger points to widen your capacity for high sensation in a way that can help you to understand and digest difficult aspects of the Christian life. 

We are alchemists here to help you transmute the Christian pain body to access the divine gifts and ancestral bounty that are embedded in the Christian tradition.

This is not an easy path.

This path is not for everyone.

Yet, for those of you who are called, this promises to be the most rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling path you could dare to follow during this earth walk.

Romans 8:18 (NIV)

“I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.”

Europe and the West are nothing without the Christian values upon which they have been built. In the traumatic wake of two horrific world wars of Christian-on-Christian warfare, there is much healing and restoration needed.

Felix and Mel are part of and witnessing a huge migration back to the Euro-Christian roots of our ancestry. 

While this is an important step in our shared human evolution into mature adult consciousness, it is by no means easy.

To follow Christ means to die of Love,
at the hands of Love,
until there is nothing left of us but Love. 

In the precarious years to come, as global systems of power are composted and reorganised, our faith will become all the more precious.

This path is the most challenging for our human egos to encounter, let alone live through. It requires great courage—yet, it also offers us immense joy!

2 Corinthians 4:17-18 (NIV):

"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."

Our intention in these 2:1 sessions is to help fortify you in your faith and your Catholic lineage in a way that fosters an unshakable faith that can weather any storm.

Meet Your Practitioners

Melanie

After an intense psycho-spiritual awakening in 2016, Melanie began to explore various world wisdom traditions in search of peace, redemption, and love. Along the way she began to see that Catholic theology met her at each revelation, each deepening, and always brought more peace, love and clarity. Catholic theology has helped her anchor into a peace that surpasses all understanding. 

Melanie has trained as a spiritual counsellor (counselling but acknowledging that God is also in the room) and has devoted 9 years of her life to studying relational skills and communication styles to help herself and her clients create happier, healthier, and more nurturing relationships with God, Self, and others. Mel supports her clients to speak honestly and with courageous love to bring more clarity, peace, and mutual care into relational fields and therefore co-create peace on earth.

Felix

Felix experienced a profound awakening in 2016, catapulting him into the wild realms of astral projection, lucid dreaming, and encounters with narcissistic spiritual leaders. This intense initiation sparked a deep inquiry into the human experience — ultimately leading him to study the nervous system and holistic care modalities. 

Along the way, Felix discovered that Christian mystics like Meister Eckhart and St. Teresa of Ávila — as well as modern voices like Richard Rudd — offered the contemplative depth he needed to truly encounter the living presence of Jesus Christ. This heart-centred path awakened in him a passion for helping others cultivate a relational and embodied connection to God—one that nourishes the body, psyche, and spirit. His work is rooted in stabilizing the nervous system in ways that are grounded, sustainable, and able to hold the full spectrum of the human experience.
