The Walk of the Witch is a course dedicated to those who wish to wander the terrains of magic through discovering their inner witch. Designed to entice those who are just beginning down their spiritual path or journeying into the world of witchcraft. This offering also caters to those who are also experienced in the craft but wish to refresh their knowledge.

Walk of the Witch is perfect for those who wish to work with me, Tayla Henderson, The Old Bone mother in a mentoring capacity, but would like to learn in a self directed manner and at their own pace xx

There are three pathways in which students must journey through to complete the Walk, each containing 6 modules which cover various topics of the craft. Within each Module there are Reflective Journaling Prompts, Practical exercises accompanied with a recorded lecture for that module.

All of this will be accessible via the Coursify platform, which you will be enrolled on upon Purchasing

These pathways are designed to be completed in succession of each other to complete your walk.

PATHWAY ONE: FUNDAMENTALS

In this Pathway you will be introduced to the realm of Modern Witchcraft, delving into the fundamental knowledge of Witchcraft and Magick passed down through the ages. This pathway will aid in laying the foundations of your personal practice and prepare you for the content in Pathway Two.

In this pathway we will delve into the more practical workings of the witch and how to create your own spells and rituals. The content of this pathway will also prepare you for the advanced topics covered in Pathway Three.

This is the final pathway of the course and will be concluded in ceremony, where we celebrate you as a fully fledged witches in your own right.

Meet your Guide

The Old Bone Mother

My name is Tayla Henderson (Tay for short), formerly known as The Kynoch Witch, I now embrace the name of The Old Bone Mother. I am a proud Wulli Wulli & Auburn Hawkward woman residing on Giabul & Jarrowair country in Toowoomba QLD, Australia.

I also have European heritage deriving from Nordic & Celtic origins and as such my craft manifests as a contemporary fusion of Indigenous Spirituality & Pagan folk/traditional practices. I am an Intuitive Artist & Earth based practitioner. My practice is influenced by Animism, Shamanism & Witchcraft incorporating elements of ancestral work/veneration, divination, Meditation, Journeying and more. As I am walking the path of The Old Bone Mother I now embrace my role as a healer and herbalist, working closely with plant spirit energetics to help facilitate healing through my herbal products and studies.

I am grateful to be connecting with like minded spirits who seek to deepen their connection with spirit as a way to deepen their awareness of self, and will continue to value the work I contribute to this Space of practice.
