When Leaders Speak is a focused leadership working group for leaders and aspiring leaders who want to be intentional about how their communication lands. This is not about learning how to talk more. It is about ensuring your words reflect leadership presence, values, and expectations.

This working group is designed to serve both individual leaders and small leadership teams who want shared clarity and alignment in how they communicate.

Strong leaders do not assume their communication is effective simply because it is frequent. They reflect. They refine. They pressure test their message against impact.

Across three live working sessions, participants examine how their communication shows up in conversations, meetings, decisions, and moments of influence. The goal is clarity, consistency, and credibility, not performance.

This is a peer-level environment for leaders who already communicate well and want their words to carry leadership weight in every setting.
