My name is Darnell Wright, also known as Profit. For over 15 years, I’ve studied psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and science to make sense of the human mind and behaviour. Through that journey, I’ve faced depression, separation, homelessness, grief, anxiety, and other challenges that forced me to rebuild my sense of self from the ground up.
What I learned through those experiences became the foundation of Mindset Mastery: a framework built to help people transform their internal programming and overcome the mental blocks that limit growth, success, and peace of mind.
What began as my personal blueprint has evolved into a structured system for emotional intelligence, leadership development, and performance optimization. Today, our team implements these frameworks across coaching, workshops, and organizational programs; helping individuals, businesses, and institutions cultivate resilience, focus, and purpose.
