About your Facilitator
I’m Anand Quinn and I offer ACC certified, trauma-informed emotional wellness and embodiment coaching to clients throughout Ireland and internationally. Using a blend of coaching, somatic practices, and meditation, I support professionals to move through inner struggles like harsh inner talk, perfectionism, disconnection or self-doubt so they can uncover their inner richness to gain self-trust, compassion, courage, or authentic connection.
