Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the MOSH Affiliate Program ("Program"). By signing up to be an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Payhip’s platform-wide affiliate policies and operational limitations. The Program is operated by Mastering Online Side Hustles ("MOSH," "we," "us," or "our").

1. Program Overview

The MOSH Affiliate Program allows registered affiliates to promote our digital products (e.g., guides, checklists, bundles) and earn a commission on qualifying sales tracked through Payhip's affiliate system.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program:

You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid PayPal account to receive payouts.
You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Standard commission rate is 25% on the subtotal (before taxes and discounts) of qualifying sales.
Custom or limited-time commission rates (e.g., 30%) may be offered to select affiliates or for specific campaigns.
Commission is only earned on sales made through your unique Payhip affiliate link.
No commissions are earned on refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent purchases.

4. Affiliate Link Usage

Your affiliate link must be used exactly as generated by Payhip.
You may promote your link via blogs, social media, newsletters, tutorials, or content sites.
You may not use your link in paid ads targeting branded MOSH keywords (e.g., "MOSH Central" or "Mastering Online Side Hustles").
Cloaking, link masking, or deceptive practices are prohibited.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not:

Engage in spam, misleading claims, or unauthorized endorsements.
Use Payhip's affiliate system to refer themselves or create duplicate accounts.
Infringe on MOSH branding, copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property.
Misrepresent product features, benefits, or pricing.

6. Payouts

Payouts are issued via PayPal at the end of each calendar month.
Minimum payout threshold: $25 CAD. Earnings below this amount will roll over until met.
If you close your affiliate account, your remaining balance will be paid regardless of threshold.
You are responsible for any PayPal transaction or currency conversion fees.

7. Taxes

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
MOSH does not withhold or remit taxes on your behalf.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms are effective upon acceptance into the Program and continue until terminated.
Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason.
Upon termination, your affiliate links will be deactivated and no further commissions will be earned.

9. Modifications

MOSH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the past 6 months.

11. Independent Contractor Status

You agree that you are participating as an independent promoter. This relationship does not constitute a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment arrangement.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

14. Acknowledgement

By registering for and participating in the MOSH Affiliate Program, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
