What to Expect: Your challenge is designed to be simple, effective, and completely stress-free.
Daily Delivery: Every morning for 12 days, you will receive a gentle email from me containing your new, 5-minute mindfulness meditation.
Simple Access: Each daily meditation is a private YouTube link. All you need to do is click the button, find a comfy seat, and listen for 5 minutes.
Zero Pressure: There is no evaluation, no pressure, and no need to force anything. Just show up as you are. Some days will be great, some days will be messy, but you’ll be building an effective habit either way.
