Meet Your Coach: Gianna
Gianna is an experienced stress and anxiety coach with expertise in mindfulness (mind & body techniques), conscious nervous system regulation, nutrition, yoga & meditation. She has guided hundreds of individuals toward greater balance, calm, and confidence.
Alongside her private coaching practice, she serves as a facilitator and wellness coach for the Lifestyle Medicine Department at Kaiser Permanente, where she teaches mindfulness and the holistic pillars of Lifestyle Medicine to groups and individuals experiencing the stress of chronic conditions.
Her mission is to empower individuals to reconnect with themselves & help them integrate tools that work so they can move through life feeling grounded, resilient, and confident.
