🌟 I made a commitment that in the month of October, I was going to get out of my own way and go all in!
🌟 I've committed to walk 20 minutes everyday, drink more water and have fruit and yogurt for breakfast (rather than a mound of cereal!)
🌟 I am going to execute ideas in my business before my subconscious has a chance to talk me out of it (and this is one of them!)
🌟 But most importantly, I am turning up the gears on my daily subconscious and nervous system work because it's time for me to level up
Then I had the BEST idea!!
I want you to do this with me because when we commit to something long term, we all know that after about a week the buzz fades and it gets harder to stick with it — but if we do it together as a collective, we’re far less likely to give up.
💜 I also want you to have a taste of what it's like to create a ritual of self exploration and showing up for yourself with love and kindness everyday
So.... here's how it's going to work and call me mad but I only came up with this idea on 30th September!
➡️ Everyday you will receive an email 📧 with a short secret podcast 🎙️to listen to which will include a practise to undertake. Now I know you're a busy woman so this will be short enough for you to do after drop off, on the way to work or whilst taking a lunch break.
🫶🏽 The intention is to find 10 minutes a day to dedicate to yourself and to raise your vibration and from experience, when you raise your vibe, you manifest all sorts of amazing things into your life because you're in alignment with the thing you want.
So are you ready to join me? Please say YES! I need accountability too! And so what if we miss a day or two, or the weekends get in the way. The intention to get back on track is enough to make this a success.
