Are You Actually Ovulating?
A simple, supportive guide to understanding ovulation —\ for fertility and cycle health.

If you’re in your reproductive years and getting a period, ovulation matters, whether you’re actively trying to conceive or simply want to understand your cycle better.
Many women are told everything is “normal,” yet still feel confused about what their cycle is actually doing. This guide is here to help you slow down, learn what to look for, and understand whether ovulation is happening without pressure, fear, or guessing.
Inside this free guide, you’ll learn:
Why ovulation is a vital sign of overall health, not just a fertility checkbox
The difference between bleeding and actually ovulating
The most reliable ways to track ovulation (and which ones are often misunderstood)
How to use BBT and cervical mucus to gather real information from your body
Signs ovulation may need more support, without assuming something is “wrong”
What to do next if you’re not ovulating or aren’t sure yet
This guide is educational, supportive, and designed to give you clarity not to overwhelm you.

This guide is for you if you:
Are trying to conceive and want to better understand your fertile window
Have irregular cycles, missing periods, or confusing ovulation signs
Want to know whether you’re producing progesterone
Have been told your labs or cycle are “normal” but still have questions

If you’re simply looking for a starting point to understand where your cycle is right now, this guide is for you.
Why I Created the Are You Ovulating? Guide
I’m Stephanie, a Functional Nutrition Counselor and the founder of Square One Health. I created this guide because I know how confusing it can feel to have a cycle, track it, and still not know what your body is actually doing.
For years, I was told everything looked “normal,” even while I was struggling to ovulate and get pregnant. What I eventually learned is that ovulation carries important information, not just for fertility, but for overall health and most women are never taught how to understand it.
This guide reflects the same approach I use with my clients: calm education, curiosity, and support. It’s meant to give you a clear starting point, help you ask better questions, and feel more confident understanding your cycle, wherever you are in your journey.
