What's Included
Training
Six, bi-weekly live group training sessions with me, Renee Conklin. The structured program transitions from self-discovery to practical job-search tools.
Each session includes a curated resource library of frameworks, AI tools and guides to help you stay motivated and on-track.
Coaching
The bi-weekly live group training sessions include group and peer coaching.
You also have access to two, 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions with me, Renee Conklin at the start and mid-point of the program for personalized check-ins.
Community
You’ll have a new network of HR peers for support, new perspectives and potential new opportunities. Self-led peer coaching sessions are held between the workshops.
The community connects via private WhatsApp group to share resources, challenges, questions and solutions.

This program is targeted to HR leaders with approximately 18-20 years of experience who are actively looking for a new role or would like to get prepared for an upcoming job search. If you have a little less or a little more experience, that's okay! Let's chat.
Confidentiality is a critical part of your job search and is fully embedded in the JSA. We aim to have one participant per company, which limits any information leakage. Our participants also sign a "Ways of Working" guideline at the start of the program, which includes confidentiality.
The JSA is capped at 6 participants to give everyone time to share and learn from one another.
All sessions are recorded, so you can catch right up and be aligned with the rest of your cohort.
