I'm very pleased to welcome Jack Howard once again to facilitate Cacao Ceremony and Sound Journey as well as Lucia Light sessions.

Cacao is the plant from which chocolate is made. Heart-opening 'Ceremonial' or 'Pure' Cacao is minimally processed to retain 100% of the nutrients and psychoactive compounds that bring calm focus and a feeling of bliss and love. A cacao ceremony is the intentional and reverent consumption of Cacao that respects the Divine nature of the plant as medicine for the body, mind and soul.

Sound Healing is the use of instruments including the voice to produce frequencies and vibrations that interact with the human body and mind. Brainwave frequencies are lowered allowing access to deep states of relaxation and healing.

Lucia Light Session with Jack Howard

The Lucia Light induces deep relaxation and allows the mind to enter a meditative state. It creates a unique visual experience of colors, geometric shapes and movement similar to a kaleidoscope. It triggers brain wave patterns similar to those of long-time meditators and allows you to enter deeper states of consciousness.

Small group sessions $30 per person.

Book Lucia Light Group Session

I loved the cacao ritual and sound journey at the Sanctuary! The altars set up for this ceremony (one of vessels for serving and drinking cacao, another for musical instruments) as well as the participants (so open-hearted) enhanced the encounter. I still carry this experience with me as I learn more about cacao and incorporate its use in my personal practice. I am enjoying the benefits of cacao, especially the reduction in inflammation!
