How does it work?🖥️
🔹We will read together during class and go through a few comprehension check questions.
🔹I will correct any phonics errors or pronunciation mistakes to help your child improve their reading fluency.
🔹 Each month, your child will receive one book to read on their own and share their thoughts with the class.
🔹 We will start with easy beginner books and gradually move on to more challenging ones as their skills improve.
🔹Classes are divided into age groups: Beginner, Elementary, and Intermediate/Advanced, ensuring the reading materials are appropriate for their level.
🔹 We will meet once a week for 30 minutes for engaging discussions and reading practice.
🔹 Guided discussions, vocabulary help, and confidence-building activities make learning enjoyable!

Frequently asked questions
How are the sessions going to be delivered?
*The sessions are going to be delivered via Zoom calls. You don't have to open a Zoom account, you just have to click on a link.
How many sessions will there be each month?
*We work on a 3week monthly calendar, so there will be 3 sessions each month. Here is a link to our calendar for 2025:

Is it one-to-one sessions or group sessions?
*It's a mini group session with a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 kids in each group.
How do the payments work?
*Membership is paid monthly in advance and you have 2 options: you can pay in full for the time period you want to join OR you can choose to pay-as-you-go without long term commitment.
In which currency can I make payments?
*For South African residents, you can make an EFT transfer directly to our bank account and for residents abroad, there is an easy PayPal option available.
I'm afraid that I'm not very good at tech.
*Don't worry, except for the weekly Zoom calls, everything will be via simple documents and emails.
What happens if my child cannot attend a session?
*A pdf document as well as a maximum 10-minute recording will be sent to you with everything we did in the session.
What happens if I cancel a session?
*We have a 24-hours cancelation policy.
Can I cancel if I want to leave the Book Club?
*Yes, you have to give a written 30 day notice to terminate your membership.
