Hi, I’m Kerry Ann Madden.
When menopause arrived at 48, my body started speaking a new language. My mind scattered mid-sentence, leaving tasks half-finished on my desk. Night after night, I tossed in damp sheets while my thoughts raced.
The energy that once powered me through long days seemed to vanish.
Even with my fitness background and years of experience, nothing in my usual toolkit worked anymore. I realized I needed a new approach—one rooted in curiosity, self-compassion, and evidence-based tools.

Kerry Ann Madden is a Certified Master Personal Fitness Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Corrective Exercise, Women's Fitness, Performance Enhancement, and Senior Fitness.
She is also a Level 1 Nutrition Coach and Level 2 Master Health Coach from Precision Nutrition, a Certified Menopause Health and Fitness Specialist, and a Certified Functional Strength Coach.
Additionally, Kerry holds certifications in Short Course Triathlon Coaching, TRX Training, Yoga, Functional Fitness, Sports Medicine, Rip Trainer, and is a STOTT Pilates Instructor.
