The following aspects of Coach & Thrive, will empower your leaders to effectively apply non-directive coaching principles with their own teams, to foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.

Understanding Non-Directive Coaching - We will define non-directive coaching and its principles; explain the benefits of adopting a non-directive approach in leadership; and, provide examples of non-directive coaching interactions.

Foundational Coaching Skills - We will cover: Active Listening, Powerful Questioning and Providing Feedback.

Building Trust and Rapport - We will explore why each of these aspects is crucial to successful coaching relationships.

The Coaching Process - We will explore a variety of coaching tools and techniques, such as: GROW model and other frameworks that leaders can use within their contexts to explore issues in depth.

Emotional Intelligence and Empathy - We will explore why emotional intelligence and empathy are crucial in non-directive coaching.
☑️
Coaching in Different Situations - We will identify different ways coaching can be used in different contexts, such as coaching for performance, conflict resolution, planning sessions etc.

Continuous Improvement and Reflection - We will establish the role coaching has to play in engaging empoyees in ongoing self-reflection and assessment. We will also identify why this process is also crucial for those leading the coaching sessions themselves.

Application and Practice - Throughout this programme, we will create opportunities for leaders to practice non-directive coaching skills through role-plays, and coaching other participants on the programme. Intersessional tasks may be necessary to facilitate this part of the learning.
