Over the years, I’ve worked across leading industries—including defence, aerospace, semiconductors, software and technology, and automotive—supporting organizations in navigating EU Export Controls as well as U.S. ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations. My approach is rooted in my proprietary C.L.E.A.R Export Compliance Framework, which transforms regulatory obligations into manageable, actionable steps.
My track record includes five successful government export audits, the implementation of internal regulatory frameworks in more than 10 countries, and a favorable outcome in the interpretation of the “specially designed” definition under U.S. export control regulations.
