Kia ora (Hello) this is Caryn White, I am a Jay Shetty Certified Life Coach.
When I first started taking note of my own “comfort zone” I wasn’t happy with where I was at in life or with myself. I believed that the solution to have a better life and to be a better person was that I needed to get out of my own comfort zone.
But....I was afraid. I had so many stories running through my mind that only increased the FEAR. Days would pass and I would be no closer to what I wanted to do.
In my recent 5 Day Comfort Zone Challenge I found the biggest question people had was related to FEAR. "How do you get over the FEAR to actually do the small steps even? This is a great question.
My solution, I focused on the most empowering exercise I have done that really helped me acknowledge and let go of the fears enough to allow me to get started from a position of power, not FEAR. And here it is...
