Hello! If you are interested in small-group coaching once a week that will provide community and support while being outside, walking, talking and coaching together, please sign up below. I'm envisioning some walking to get our bodies moving and thoughts flowing (as weather permits), and some sitting, talking and coaching to gather your thoughts and focus your intention on whatever change or movement you would like to have in your life.
If you are not local and would like to join in virtually, please let me know and we can make that happen.
