I thought the timing was appropriate heading into the new year as it's an obvious time for goal setting. I do believe however that most goals aren't achieved and it's not through lack of motivation or discipline..... It's because their goals aren't actually theirs. 

Ahh everyone's doing dry January - I should too, my best friends saving for a new house... I probably should too.
