The Lighter Way Collective is a calm, held group space for women who want to soften that sense of being out of kilter and come back into a steadier, more trusting relationship with their bodies and inner rhythms.
This is not a programme of effort or outcomes.
There is nothing to fix, achieve or push through.
Instead, the collective creates the conditions for lightness, clarity and ease to unfold naturally, at your own pace and in your own way.
About Your Lighter Way Collective Guide
Hello I'm Sarah, Founder of Halcyon Women's Health and your Guide for the Lighter Way Collective.
I support women who are tired of holding it all together. Women navigating painful cycles, hormonal shifts, the sadness of past hurts or the quiet weight of doing too much for too long. Women who look fine on the outside, yet feel inflamed, overwhelmed or disconnected within.
For over 15 years I’ve worked at the meeting point of hormones, nervous system healing and emotional wellbeing. I’ve walked this path myself - living with endometriosis, moving through hormonal shifts and navigating some big life transitions - and I know how heavy it can feel when your body no longer feels like home.
My work blends science, deep listening and feminine wisdom to create the conditions where your body can soften, rebalance and breathe again.
You don’t need to know exactly what you need.
You just need to be ready to feel steadier, clearer… and lighter.

What the collective offers
The Lighter Way Collective is a small, intimate group running over 12 weeks, held online.
Each week includes:
One 60-minute live Zoom circle (webinar)
Calm, conversational and reflective in tone, where we reflect on the week that’s gone and set up the treatment invitation for the week ahead (a gentle self-treatment technique)
You’re welcome to comment, listen, or simply be present.
All sessions are recorded so you can catch up and re-watch at a time that suits you.A short guided meditation or embodied practice
Designed to support your nervous system safety and body awareness.
Offered as an invitation, not a daily task.A gentle journalling invitation - a light-touch prompts focused on noticing rather than analysing.
A simple physical self-care ritual such as reflexology points, acupressure, or gentle self-touch.
Time-light, optional, and non-performative.A short weekly email to anchor and guide the theme.
Nothing is mandatory.
There is no expectation to keep up.
You’ll have lifetime access to the materials so you can return to them whenever you need their support.

This space is designed to feel thoughtful and intentional, never rushed.
How the work unfolds
The collective is guided by a chakra-informed framework, used as a listening and orientation tool rather than a rigid curriculum.
This allows the work to respond to what the women in the group are actually experiencing, rather than moving everyone through a fixed path.
Themes may include:
feeling happy and supported in your body
energy, capacity and boundaries
easing physical symptoms, like aches and pains, headaches and stubborn weight gain / loss.
reconnecting with pleasure, creativity or vitality
listening to your inner voice
finding perspective and space for you
The order of these themes is flexible and the content shaped by the group.
The beginning and closing weeks provide gentle structure and containment.
The middle weeks remain open and responsive.
What women often notice
Women often join the Lighter Way Collective because something feels out of kilter. This could be physically, emotionally, or sitting quietly in the background of daily life.
As pressure eases and women reconnect with their bodies and inner rhythms, many notice:
