20 Powerful lessons in just 34 Hours!

Each 60-minute class is designed to cover everything your child may have missed in 6 years of not learning Spanish—through songs, movement, art, and real conversation.

Created especially for children ages 6 to 9, this curriculum offers a gentle, structured path into Spanish — all through music, movement, art, and playful learning.

We use the beautiful, hands-on materials crafted and published by Mamaestra de Español (CeGuerrero), ensuring every session is meaningful, fun, and culturally rich.

🧩 What Makes This Program Special?

    • 🎨 Art-based and song-driven learning – Vocabulary is introduced through songs and projects, then reinforced through games, conversation, and social play.
    • 🧠 Thoughtful, gentle structure – Each topic is presented in small, manageable units that build confidence and fluency.
    • 🧒🏽👧🏻 Small group format (max 4 children) – To allow for personalized attention, interaction, and collaborative learning with peers.
    • 🌍 In-person and online formats available – Families can choose the format that works best for them.
    • 🧑‍🏫 Catch-up support – If your child misses a class (due to illness, travel, or late arrival), we offer a 30-minute private online catch-up session with a teacher to stay on track.

Choose Your Class Time: 1 Hour, Twice a WeekEach child will attend class twice per week for one hour, with one dedicated teacher guiding their learning journey from start to finish for the entire semester.

If you’d like to add more support or accelerate your child’s learning, private classes are always available to supplement the group sessions.

💡 What Happens in Each 60-Minute Class?

We understand that children come from different school settings and energy levels, so our classes are thoughtfully structured to balance movement, creativity, and focused learning.

Here’s how a typical class flows:

🎨 Creative Project – We begin with a hands-on craft to introduce the vocabulary in a fun, visual way.

🧘‍♀️ Movement Break – Gentle movement or outdoor exploration helps reset their energy and keep learning joyful. Don’t be surprised if we take your child on a learning walk through the Presidio — it’s part of the magic!

🗣️ Language in Action – We introduce the day’s theme, carry out the project, and then practice vocabulary in social context, through games, conversation, or storytelling.

📆 Timeline of the Course: August – November: We will cover 20 thematic topics, from “All About Me” to “Professions.”

🧺 Materials: Some materials are available for free, while others can be purchased separately for home use and extra practice.

I’ll also send a  list of family photos we’ll need for class, so we can make the learning experience more personal and meaningful for your child.

Additionally, I use a 100-point reward system in class. Every time students produce language, they earn points—reinforcing both Spanish and math skills (like numbers, addition, and sometimes subtraction!). The kids absolutely love it!

Once they reach 100 points, they earn a special reward valued between $10 and $20, typically provided by the family. Most of the time, they choose something fun like an ice cream outing or a special gadget they’ve been wanting.
