This 6 week program is designed for women who want to start a new fitness routine with foundational exercises to help you quickly progress from beginner to advanced levels.

You'll be paired with an accountability partner, which will have a BIG impact on your persistence and help you stay on track! Plus, you might even make a new mum-friend!

FAQ

Do I need prior experience?

No experience needed! This program is suitable for beginners.

Can I involve my children in the sessions?

Absolutely! These sessions are family-friendly and encourage bonding with children of any age. If you’re recently postpartum, please ensure you have your healthcare professional’s approval before starting.

Can I choose which days to workout on?

Yes, the sessions are flexible and can be scheduled throughout the week. While a Monday-to-Friday schedule is typical, you have the freedom to choose the days that work best for you.

Can I do the program at a gym?

Yes, you can certainly do the program at a gym. However, please be aware that if your children need to be in a creche or babysat, depending on your gym’s facilities, you might not be able to work out with them nearby.

Do I need any exercise equipment?

Yes, ideally you'll need a yoga mat and at least two sets of dumbbells.

Having a range of dumbbells will help you progress more effectively. Beginners typically need a lighter set of 3kg dumbbells and a heavier set of 5kg dumbbells. Adjustments can be made based on your fitness level and goals.

What dumbbells should 'intermediate' levels use?

For intermediate levels, the recommended dumbbell weights are a set (two) of:

  • Light set: 4 or 5 kg

  • Heavy set: 6 or 7 kg

E.g. 2 x 4kg dumbbells and 2 x 7kg dumbbells
