I'm Lorna Tedder
Hey, there. I'm a Third Degree High Priestess of The Morrigan, and I write dark fiction full of magical elements, usually in the genres of supernatural thrillers, urban fantasy, and paranormal women’s fiction. I also write metaphysical guides.
My novels are usually more serious in tone--some would say heavy, raw, or even profound. Each story has a theme that delves into Life’s deeper issues, from struggling to recover from childhood trauma to making peace with one’s own coming of, um, age. My intention is to give readers a few wise words for dealing with the same issues as my protagonists, and for readers to find hope in their own stories as well.
I currently live in Florida in a 100-year-old house with hardwood floors and odd architectural nooks and crannies. I walk barefoot in the sand and surf as often as possible, usually while plotting my next novel, and especially in thunderstorms. I do try to avoid lightning, but I always get struck with new ideas.
