ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Hey, I'm Danielle

I'm an ISSA certified health and nutrition coach. After many years of mysterious symptoms, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in 2017 and have been testing nutrition and lifestyle interventions to help my symptoms ever since. I have since relieved many of them, reduced my antibodies and lost 40 pounds with the help of these interventions alone.

 

My passion is helping women with autoimmunity find easy ways to support their symptoms and energy using nutrition and lifestyle changes that fit their busy lifestyle, while being mindful of any limitations their illness has caused them. I desire that my coaching sessions be a safe space for women to learn and grow, finding support and guidance in their health journey.
