Eligibility:
The 10% discount applies exclusively to quotes formally issued by EliMar Constructions between 21 November 2025 and 5:00 PM AEDT Friday, 31 January 2026.
Offer Window:
To qualify for the discount, the client must formally accept the quote (including signing the contract) and pay the initial deposit by the deadline of 5:00 PM AEDT on 31 January 2026.
Scope:
The discount is applied to the total contract price of the building and construction work only. It excludes any costs related to client-supplied items, external consultant fees (e.g., architects, engineers, interior designers), or planning application fees.
Exclusions:
This offer is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, or existing discount provided by EliMar Constructions.
Cancellation:
If the contract is cancelled or terminated by the client after acceptance, the discount is immediately forfeited.
Final Authority:
EliMar Constructions reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Cap:
*The maximum discount value applicable under this offer is strictly limited to $3,000 AUD.
