Ivy Reign Academy is a brand-new organisation born from the success of Ivy Reign Hair & Beauty Salon. Our mission is simple: to create opportunities for young people aged 13–17 to gain confidence, develop practical skills, and explore a future in the hair and beauty industry.

We work closely with local secondary schools and colleges, providing an alternative pathway for students who thrive through hands-on learning. In our academy, students don’t just sit in a classroom — they step into a real salon environment, learning alongside professionals, gaining valuable insights, and building skills they can carry into further education or employment.

Our aim is to support the next generation — not just in technical skills, but in building confidence, resilience, and workplace readiness. We believe every young person deserves the chance to shine, and we’re here to give them the tools to do it.
