Living Table Project

Where leaders gather to live more fully together.

The Living Table Project (LTP) is a space for business and faith leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to step out of performance mode and reconnect with what matters most. Through honest conversation, shared stories, and authentic community, participants reconnect with purpose and wholeness.

Why “Living Table”?

The name captures what we’re trying to create — a space defined not by sameness, but by shared stories, honest reflection, and meaningful connection.

Living reflects the belief that wholeness isn't something we achieve once and for all, but something we practice in real, everyday life.

Table represents shared space — a place of presence, conversation, and witness. Around the table, we discover freedom not through perfection, but through being fully seen.

For Leaders Who Want More Than Success

LTP is for men in business, ministry, or community leadership who want more than outward success — men who are ready to live with greater presence, honesty, and alignment:

Move beyond isolation, comparison, and constant performance.

Integrate faith, family, and purpose into daily life.

Experience honest community with others on the same journey.

Lead from wholeness, not exhaustion.

More Than a Group — A Circle of Belonging

Each LTP Circle gathers a small group of men to meet regularly for guided reflection, conversation, and connection.

This isn’t therapy or a networking group. It’s an intentional space for honesty, encouragement, and shared growth — a rhythm that builds vulnerability, deepens trust, and forms relationships that last far beyond the table.

Vulnerability that leads to freedom.

Clarity that comes from values-aligned living.

Shared experience that breaks isolation.

Community built on authenticity, not competition.

Ongoing relationships that sustain growth.

The LTP Circle Experience

Circles meet weekly for 60-75 minutes over 6 weeks and blend guided themes, personal reflection, and real conversation. Each session centers on a rhythm of:

Reflection

Exploring your story and what’s shaping your life.

Connection

Listening and being heard without judgment.

Integration

Translating insight into everyday leadership and presence.

A Note from Jared

Over the past decade of counseling and leadership work, I’ve seen the same story repeat itself — men achieving outward success while quietly wrestling with burnout, disconnection, and the sense that something deeper is missing.

I created the Living Table Project to be the space I wish existed earlier in my own journey — a place where leaders could drop the mask, be seen for who they are, and find renewal through honest community and shared faith.

I’d love for you to be part of shaping what this becomes.

Interested in a Living Table Circle?

New Circles are forming in the coming months, with both in-person (Bryan-College Station) and virtual options. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect and share more as next steps take shape.

There’s no commitment required — just an opportunity to express interest and begin a conversation.
