Living Table Project

A place for men to slow down, reconnect, and live more fully — together.

The Living Table Project (LTP) is a space for men who are navigating full, demanding lives and want room to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Through honest conversation, shared stories, and authentic community, participants rediscover clarity, connection, and wholeness.

Why “Living Table”?

The name captures what we’re trying to create — a space shaped not by status or sameness, but by shared stories, honest reflection, and meaningful connection.

Living reflects the belief that wholeness isn't something we achieve once and for all, but something we practice in real, everyday life.

Table represents shared space — a place of presence, conversation, and witness. Around the table, we discover freedom not through perfection, but through being fully seen.

For Men Who Want More Than Just Getting By

LTP is for men in business, ministry, or community leadership who want more than outward success — men who are ready to live with greater presence, honesty, and alignment:

Find a space to slow down and step out of constant noise and comparison.

Integrate faith, family, relationships, and everyday life more intentionally

Experience honest, supportive connection with other men

Lead from wholeness, not exhaustion.

More Than a Group — A Circle of Belonging

Each LTP Circle gathers a small group of men to meet regularly for guided reflection, conversation, and connection.

This isn’t therapy or a networking group. It’s an intentional space for honesty, encouragement, and shared growth — a rhythm that builds vulnerability, deepens trust, and forms relationships that last far beyond the table.

Vulnerability that creates freedom, not pressure.

Clarity that comes from values-aligned living.

Shared experience that eases isolation.

Community built on authenticity, not competition.

Ongoing relationships that sustain growth.

The LTP Circle Experience

Circles meet weekly for 75-90 minutes over six weeks and blend guided themes, personal reflection, and honest conversation. Each session centers on a rhythm of:

Reflection

Exploring your story and what’s shaping your life.

Connection

Listening and being heard without judgment.

Integration

Translating insight into how we live, relate and lead.

A Note from Jared

Over the past decade of counseling and leadership work, I’ve seen the same story repeat itself — men achieving outward success while quietly wrestling with burnout, disconnection, and the sense that something deeper is missing.

I created the Living Table Project to be the space I wish existed earlier in my own journey — a place where men can drop the mask, be seen for who they are, and find renewal through honest community and shared faith.

I’d love for you to be part of shaping what this becomes.
