Hi, I'm Sarah
I'm a Nutritional Therapist and a mum of two. My passion for children's gut health came from working with my own son's chronic constipation and seeing how his gut discomfort affected his behaviour and mood. I now want to help other parents through the confusing, stressful and overwhelming journey of supporting a child with gut issues.
I create personalised plans centred on your child's gut health. My plans are focused on creating simple changes to a child's diet and lifestyle that support their gut but don't add any extra stress onto busy parents. I use targeted supplements specific to your child and offer testing to help identify what may be causing the problem or triggering the symptoms. So that your child can have a happy tummy again!
What my clients say...
