By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following terms:

• No Refund Policy:
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to exclusive content (including property listings, resources, and guides), all payments are non-refundable once the subscription is activated.

• Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by unsubscribing from our service and stopping future payments through the Stripe billing portal. Once canceled, you will no longer receive future newsletters.

• No Partial Refunds:
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or mid-cycle cancellations.

• Access to Content:
Once subscribed, you will receive weekly emails containing curated property listings, resources, tools, and access to our trusted partner agency after completing a form to assist you with your real estate project. All content is sent directly to the email address used during subscription. No login is required.

• Billing Responsibility:
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is used at checkout and to manage their subscription status to avoid unintended charges.
