Starting April 11 - May 27, 2026

We’ve put together an 8-week online group program to help you navigate the weeds and come out on the other side, where you’ll reconnect with your creative and joyful self.

By shifting old unhelpful patterns of thoughts and beliefs to more empowered ones with a modality called EFT/Tapping, you can begin to tap into greater moments of joy, more often.

This is where our journey begins: reconnecting with the deeper layers of who we are. Many of us have been taught to trust only what we can see or touch, yet our inner world holds so much more. We are energetic beings. Our thoughts are energy as are our emotions. And all of it moves through our nervous system and the fabric of our bodies.

When emotions get stuck because life doesn’t give us the space to process them, they don’t just disappear. They weigh down our energy, drain our vitality, and make it harder to feel like ourselves. This week, we explore how EFT/Tapping helps clear these emotional blocks so we can regain energy, vitality and a more positive frame of mind.

Our group tapping session will give you an experience of how quickly you can establish a sense of calm once the energetic pathways in the body open again. Many women describe it as “finally exhaling” after years of holding their breath.

Stress becomes a constant companion for so many women. We carry responsibilities, worries, invisible labor, and everyone else’s emotional weight. Over time, chronic stress can leave us exhausted, disconnected, and unable to imagine a reality beyond survival mode.

When our nervous system is on high alert, feeling peaceful or creative or joyful can seem almost impossible. This week, we begin gently interrupting the stress patterns that have become second nature. Through hands-on tapping, we’ll work on a real situation in your life that triggers a moderate stress response.

As your body shifts, you may notice your breath deepen, your shoulders lower, or your mind quiet. You’ll also start to spot certain beliefs and habits that have been quietly limiting your joy, your energy, or your ability to make the changes you crave. This is the beginning of loosening those inner limiting beliefs and behaviours.

Wednesday, April 15/ 5:30 - 7:00pm EST

All women carry stories the world never fully sees. Some moments shaped our beliefs in ways we didn’t choose: beliefs about safety, worth, visibility, or what we’re allowed to want. Even if the events are long past, the residue can linger in our bodies and influence our lives today.

This week, we gently explore where some of your limiting beliefs may have begun. Not to relive old pain, but to understand how those beliefs once tried to protect you. Participants will examine beliefs they sense are blocking their access to joy, creativity, or possibility.

Through tapping, we begin to soften these beliefs and loosen their grip. As they lose their authority, space opens for new inner truths to emerge. This is where a more expanded identity begins to take shape — one that feels more alive, more expressive, and more aligned with who you are becoming.  You will begin to create a personal avatar by documenting any empowered beliefs or aspects of your identity that are beginning to announce themselves.

Wednesday, April 22/ 5:30 - 7:00pm EST

By now, we’ve started uncovering the beliefs that quietly run our lives. Many of these beliefs operate like a hidden operating system, shaping how we think, feel, and act without us even realizing it.

Some of these “truths” bring with them echoes of unworthiness, self-doubt, or isolation. They make us shrink ourselves, quiet our needs, or believe we’re asking for too much. And every time we do that, our nervous system absorbs the impact, staying in a restricted, guarded state; a state in which taking an action step towards our goals can feel too scary/threatening.

This week, we tap together on these fear-based beliefs, so they can begin to lose their power, allowing us to better handle life's ups and downs. There’s more room for joy, more space for expression, and a growing sense that we deserve a life that feels full.

We continue growing the “Window of Joy,” helping our body learn that safety and possibility can coexist beautifully, and contribute to a more expanded self

Wednesday, April 29/ 5:30 - 7:00 pm EST

So many women are taught to care for everyone else first. We become the glue, the planner, the emotional thermostat, the one who “just handles it.” And while this comes from a place of love, it can slowly drain us when we forget that our needs matter just as much.

Many of these expectations weren’t created by us alone; some may have been handed down through generations as truths. This week, we’ll tap on those expectations and question their legitimacy.

By doing so, we begin to set clearer boundaries and reconnect with what genuinely lights us up. We’ll pay special attention to the sensations in our bodies that tell us when something feels right or wrong. As we tune in more deeply, life satisfaction grows because our choices are in alignment with our soul, not old conditioning,  growing our expanded self identity. 


Wednesday, May 6/ 5:30 - 7:00 pm EST

This week is about fully loosening the beliefs that make joy feel like a luxury rather than a birthright. Many women have spent so long being “the strong one” or “the responsible one” that their playful self got swept under the rug.

Through tapping, we’ll clear the subconscious objections that pop up when we start prioritizing ourselves. We’ll name the quiet longings we may have ignored. We’ll practice permission statements that help us step into a larger, more permission-filled identity.

And yes, the “Yeah, but…” voices will show up. We’ll tap on those too, making space for a truer, brighter version of ourselves.

Wednesday, May 13 / 5:30 - 7:00 pm EST

Self-acceptance is powerful! When we accept where we are by simply acknowledging it, something softens inside. That softness allows space for joy, creativity, and possibility to grow.

Together, we’ll tune into the kinds of experiences that bring more love, peace, and joy into our lives. We’ll learn how to create new experiences and behaviours by building new neural pathways in the brain through tapping. Bit by bit, the emotional “muscle memory” of joy strengthens, making it easier to access now and in the future

Wednesday, May 20 / 5:30 - 7:00 pm EST

By now, parts of you that were once quiet may be stepping forward with new confidence. You may feel hints of creativity, boldness, desire, or joy that had been tucked away. This week is about nourishing these parts so they become more frequent companions.

We’ll tap on the qualities you want to anchor more deeply and let them take up more space within you. From this place, energy, creativity, and possibility can flow more easily with an increased capacity to receive Divine guidance, peace, joy, and love.

Don't worry, we got you. Here are some answers for your questions.

Yes! if you tap for stress relief and regulation; and you have done some deep diving yet know there is more to uncover, this will be beneficial.

However, if you already deep dive using advanced tapping techniques along with doing transformational work, this likely isn't the place for you.

We provide support and information for those who are completely new to EFT/Tapping.

Women become more attuned to their inherent greatness when they gather and share together. They recognize themselves in others' experiences which help to process their emotions and feelings at a deeper level. There is nothing more powerful than being part of a safe, contained space with like-minded women working towards increasing their capacity for more joy and wellbeing. The collective energy of this group help to facilitate growth and self awareness.

We understand life happens beyond our control. We trust that you will complete the missed session's reading and workbook assignment to stay in the flow. To respect confidentiality and to encourage vulnerability, recordings will not be offered. Note: Weeks 1 & 8 are mandatory to attend.

1.5 hours per week with the exception of week 1 & 8 which are two hours

Reading 1-2 prescribed chapters per week and completing the corresponding workbook reflection questions. Times will vary per person but on average an hour of your time per week.

We don’t offer refunds, but if you have a legitimate emergency and are unable to attend the training we will refund 50%.
