TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Eligibility This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada aged 18 years or over only (or age of majority in their province/territory of residence, whichever is greater). Employees, contractors, and their immediate families of the Promoter and any associated companies are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period The giveaway opens on 23rd March, 2026 at 12:00 AM EST and closes on April 20th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter To enter, participants must complete the online entry form on the landing page, providing their full name and email address. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. The Prize There are 100 prizes available. Each prize consists of one (1) Marc Jacobs Perfume. The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.

5. Winner Selection 100 winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on or before April 21st, 2026.

6. Winner Notification & Skill-Testing Question Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw. Before being declared a winner, selected entrants must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or telephone. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner. Winners' names may be published on our website and social media channels.

7. Prize Delivery Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation and successful completion of the skill-testing question. We are not responsible for prizes lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Privacy & Data Protection By entering this giveaway, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA) and our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for administering this giveaway and, if you have opted in, sending marketing communications. You have the right to withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting us or clicking unsubscribe in our emails.

9. Marketing Communications By ticking the consent box, you agree to receive promotional emails. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where caused by the Promoter's negligence or where prohibited by law.

11. General The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this giveaway is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.

12. Quebec Residents Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

13. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
