Sound familiar?
You had your baby. You waited. You started moving again, watching what you eat, trying to show up for yourself.
And yet something still feels off.
Your energy is unpredictable. Your body feels unfamiliar. You're doing all the things — and still not feeling like yourself.
Maybe you've been chasing fat loss and hitting a wall. Maybe you're exhausted from advice that was never designed for a postpartum body. Maybe you just want to feel strong, well-nourished, and genuinely good — not just thinner.

Here's what most postpartum fitness advice gets completely wrong:
It treats your body like a problem to fix rather than a system to rebuild.
The postpartum body isn't just carrying extra weight; it's depleted, hormonally recalibrating, and running on empty. Restriction and punishing workouts don't fix that. They make it worse.
What actually works is building strength, nourishing from the inside out, and supporting your hormones and energy, so your body can do what it's designed to do.
That's not a bounce back. That's something better.
Success stories

Built on six pillars
- because you deserve more than a diet plan.
Strength
Progressive strength training designed for a postpartum body. Rebuild the muscle mass lost during pregnancy, strengthen your core from the inside out, and build the kind of physical confidence that comes from getting genuinely strong.
Nourishment
Eating in a way that fuels your body, supports your hormones, and actually satisfies you. No restriction. No 1200-calorie days. Just real food, proper protein, and a nutrition approach built for recovery and performance.
Hormonal Health
Understanding of what's actually happening in your postpartum body, cortisol, oestrogen, thyroid, insulin, and how to support those systems rather than fight them. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
Energy & Vitality
Addressing the real causes of postpartum exhaustion, depletion, under-fuelling, sleep disruption, stress load and building the kind of sustainable energy that doesn't rely on caffeine and willpower.
Confidence
The kind of confidence that comes from feeling strong in your body, understanding how it works, and showing up consistently for yourself. Not a number on a scale. A feeling.
Glow
When you're strong, nourished, and hormonally balanced, it shows. Skin, hair, energy, mood. The glow isn't a separate goal. It's the result of everything else working together.
Here's exactly what you get
A video workshop and a done-for-you guides everything you need to understand your postpartum body and start actually making progress.

The pelvic floor first rule to check before you load
The Nutrition Part

ABOUT
Hey, I'm Sabina
I'm Sabina, a qualified Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Nutritionist, and founder of SheStrong. I specialise in helping athletic moms rebuild their strength, fuel their bodies properly, and return to the sport and training they love, safely and confidently.
I'm also a mum. I know what it feels like to look at your body after having a baby and feel disconnected from it. To be exhausted in a way that sleep doesn't fix. To try harder and feel worse.
What I've learned through my own experience and working with hundreds of postpartum mums is that the goal was never to go back. The goal is to go forward. Stronger, more nourished, more confident, and more glowing than before.
