After going into one of my fave shops upstate I bought some cozy slippers and successfully avoided buying sweaters & jeans. I spent substantially less than I did in the past!

It helps to really think through the pattern of events where most purchases turn into buyers remorse. I'm gaining better focus, losing mental & physical clutter & it's exciting!
Valentina
It's wild to see how much I WAS spending before compared to now. I feel like I have more options financially because I'm not spending everything I make on clothes.

"Almost $800 a month I was spending. Without even realizing it. All I had to show for it was a clothes that I never wore. Now I am spending half of that and able to see my debt go down!

Maria
How do I know if this is right for me?
The psychology behind why we spend is one thing - but the relationship we have with fashion & the psychology behind fashion & it's role in shaping our identities adds a whole other layer.

Your relationship with clothes runs deep - it's more than just beautiful things. It determines how you see yourself.
Your self-worth & confidence are determined by how much you love your outfit, how big your closet is, or how many new trends you can get your hands on each season.
You feel guilty, shame, or regret when you've gone too far with spending on clothes you barely wear. So you spend more to mask the negative emotions.
Invest a little now, to save thousands later

According to a survey conducted by the bureau of labor statistics - the average household spend on women's clothes in the U.S. is $655/mo.
That's almost $8,000/year!
The cost of the program [$497] is WELL below that.
If the full-proof program does not help you save at least half the cost of the program over 12 weeks, you can get a full refund - as long as you complete all of the required workbooks and attend the weekly calls.
Even when I beat my shopping addiction & got out of debt, the impulse purchase issue was still there.
Little did I know that even though I wasn't in debt, impulse buying was slowly sabotaging my financial future.
No debt...BUT also.. no emergency fund, no retirement, no ability to go on that beach vacay.
Even if other financial aspects of your life are set - the non-financial setbacks can creep up.
-Cluttered home
-Closet full of clothes that barely gets worn
-Constant purge and replenish cycles
-Constant managing of shipments or packages
-Hiding boxes or spending from your partner
When I was healing my shopping habits, I was never exposed to the concept of a no-buy, or cold turkey approach. Healing for me was successful through the tapered method - proven way to alter compulsive behaviors.
The goal here is to bring more MINDFULNESS back into your spending, with short pauses between shopping moments.
Over time, you'll see that the amount of work needed for even one of the smallest purchases, let's say, a $10 pair of earrings - takes effort.
You slowly start to prioritize where you want to spend your money & time when you understand the work you need to do for each purchase.
Inner & external work combined will turn you into a professional intentional shopper so that the debt, guilt, regret, or shame you may have now when hitting "buy now" starts to go away.
The full-proof program is a more immersive, group program.
You get to meet and connect with other women who are also going through the same journey to heal.
You do not need to be U.S. based to join.
In addition to the course, you get access to a community app for 12 weeks and structured, weekly calls led by me to talk through tools, processes, steps, wins - all the things.
Program start
The program will go from February 1st - May 2nd 2026. Two weeks of onboarding and getting everyone set up, then the 12 week call cadence begins.
Time commitment
1-3 hrs/week to complete courses, worksheets & attend weekly calls.
Weekly Calls
Weekly calls happen twice a week & are required for attendance. If you cannot attend, calls can be recorded.
Call times:
Wednesdays @ 3:30pm MST
Thursdays @ 5:30pm MST
Call times may be subject to change due to scheduling conflicts. All members will be notified of new calls times in advance.
All calls & community app content is CONFIDENTIAL. Certain content within the community app may be used by me for marketing purposes. Sharing personal information such as full name, picture or recording will only be done if granted access by the member.
Program end
Once the program ends, you will still have lifetime access to the course & workbooks that were provided to you. Community & access to video calls will no longer be available. If you did not save at least half the cost of the program during the 12 weeks, you may get a full refund.
Whether you're in debt, or financially advanced...
Healing your relationship with shopping not just saves money....
It saves time - no more trips to return things.
It opens up what other things you're capable of - now shopping isn't the hobby - what else do you enjoy in life?
It builds confidence - get to the root of what triggers your need to purchase, bypass those triggers, and start to love yourself & wardrobe more
Clothes, shoes & accessories were my biggest weakness when it came to my shopping habits. I spent more in that category than beauty, interior decor and other areas. I'm here to help other fashion lovers heal in that space specifically - it's what I've mastered.
While the program focuses on that category specifically, you should be able to see a shift in how you change the way you shop in other areas as well. Even though the focus is on clothes, shoes & accessories, the inner work we do may provide you with skills you need to spend in other areas.

Meet Vanessa, a former shopaholic
It's such a taboo word, isn't it? "Addict." Especially when it comes to something "trivial" like clothing.
But at the end of the day, my actions & spending patterns were sabotaging my finances and mental health in a way I didn't want to address. I just masked it - with more shopping.
It wasn't until I started to change my mindset from "someone who has a problem and IS the problem" to "someone who is capable of self awareness & emotional regulation" where I felt empowered to start to change.
You're not broken, you just need to interrupt the thought patterns and narratives you've spent years defaulting to.
That's where I come in.
By combining:
🎓13yrs of experience in User Experience and Human Centered Practices
⏳10yrs of experience with healing my own shopping habits
👠Certification in Fashion is Psychology
I help you discover the relationship between your spending patterns, love of fashion, and how the two combined do NOT need to sabotage your bank accounts & wardrobes.
Can't wait to meet you!
Say hello to future you.

Changing your shopping habits runs deep.
The full-proof program will teach you things about yourself & shopping that can set you up for a bright financial future - not just a temporary bump in the savings account.
Take it from someone who has been living this lifestyle for not just one year, but EIGHT years. What do I have to show for it? A debt-free life, 250k in the bank and a closet full of clothes I love wearing on repeat.
