How it's going to work...
You will get access to 6months of group coaching sessions in real time helping you through each stage of the process to start your brand. Each month there will be a training session, an individual action plan set, a Q&A and a few bonus guest sessions along the way. In between sessions you'll be paired up with accountability buddies and get to chat to the wider group and be coached by us via the launch pad WhatsApp group chat.

This is what the launch pad monthly programme will look like...
Month One: February
Before we begin we need to set you up for success so we will do some mindset exercises to get you thinking like a founder.
We'll also help you set your mission, values, identify your target customer and do your market research.
PLUS we will support you to start working on your branding/tone of voice.
Month Two: March
We will start to lay some business foundations to get you set up and ready to go for example: trademarking/domains/socials/templates/process etc.
Then we are going to help you take your product ideas and bring them to life through our network of supplier contacts to get your product sourced or in to development ready to buy.
Month Three: April
This month is all about getting you to think more strategically with your finances, & your timelines.
We will help you map out your costs and price your product to make sure you are focusing on making a profit from day one.
We'll also set your timeline for your brand to launch (aka critical path).
Month Four: May
Now it's time to to start planning out your marketing strategy and launch plan.
We'll be looking at setting up your email marketing, how you can put some focus on your brand using PR, what your social media content strategy should look like and generally building brand awareness.
Month Five: June
We'll get you ready to start selling to a warm audience.
We'll look at what sales channels you might want to utilize, get clear on your customer journey and conversion strategy and build you a tradetool box you can lean on to convert your customers when you go live.
Month Six: July
By now we will be getting closer to launch, so the priority this month is getting you ready to go live. We will SWOT analyze your business progress so far and create an action plan to help you keep moving it forward even once the launch pad ends.

Who are we?
We are Sophie Biggerstaff and Clare Alexander - two product based business consultants that connected through a networking group called The Coven back in 2021.
As soon as we met we bonded over a shared mission to help small product business owners thrive as well as a mutual love for dessert!
Combined we have 35+ years of retail industry experience so we know a thing or two about setting up and running a product based business.
Clare's specialist subject is product development, whilst Sophie is more focused on sales/marketing strategy side of things - which combined makes us the perfect pair to help you get set up on your product business journey!
