Hey, I'm Danielle

I'm an ISSA certified health and nutrition coach. After many years of mysterious symptoms, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis in 2017 and have been testing nutrition and lifestyle interventions to help my own symptoms ever since. I have since relieved many of them, reduced my antibodies and lost 40 pounds with the help of these interventions alone.

My passion is helping women with autoimmunity find easy ways to support their symptoms and energy using nutrition and lifestyle changes that fit their busy lifestyle, while being mindful of any limitations their illness has caused them.

I created this mini course to give you something I wish I had: a clear place to start without the pressure to be perfect - something that actually makes a difference.
