Workplace Mental Health
Non-Accredited | In-Person Workshop (2 hours)
Today’s workplaces are under more pressure than ever. Increasing workloads, interpersonal conflict, financial stress, and exposure to challenging or traumatic situations can all impact mental well-being at work.
This Workplace Mental Health workshop is designed to build understanding, confidence, and practical skills so participants can recognise early signs of mental health challenges and respond appropriately in a professional workplace setting.
This is not therapy. It is a practical, skills-based workshop focused on awareness, early intervention, and supportive responses at work.

Understand key workplace mental health concepts
Recognise early physical, behavioural, and psychological signs that may indicate changes in a colleague’s mental wellbeing

Understand how to escalate concerns and access workplace protocols, professional help, or support services
