    I loved working with Hilary on both her individually tailored course and her group Plant Powered January course! Hilary is very knowledgeable and has a lot of tasty and not too complicated recipe ideas which were fun to try out. I eat a generally flexible plant based diet usually, but find myself eating the same meals over and over, so it was great to try out some new ones and to find ways to make my usual meals more balanced and nutritious. I particularly enjoyed the batch cooking recipes Hilary provided as it meant my lunches were delicious and all I had to do was heat them up. Would absolutely recommend working with Hilary whether you want a complete dietary overhaul, or just some new ideas of well balanced meals to try out. Both her one on one package or the group courses have been great.

    The plant powered programme was brilliant. The information provided was succinct yet thorough and I learned loads, not just about plant powered living, but nutrition overall. Hilary was fantastic and catered towards my specific dietary requirements (gluten free), ensuring she provided me with alternatives. I’ve learned so much and have definitely, permanently, cut down the amount of meat I eat. I enjoyed cooking much more when the stress of deciding was taken off me.
