After Paul died I was stuck with endless negative thoughts, worries about the future and I was stuck in my memories of the past. The problem is that you can't be fully present and centred when you're on a rollercoaster of emotions. My salvation was that I know how to meditate and practice mindfulness and breathwork, and through these practices I was able to truly connect and find my inner balance.
That's why I'm inspired to share this Zoom Zen Room gathering with you! Even if you don't know how to meditate or you've tried it and found it was too difficult to sit still and quiet your mind, this is the perfect space for you.
