Feedback from my last masterclass

This workshop was jam packed, a really helpful mixture of strategies to help parents rethink our struggles, alongside some totally practical ideas to try out. She walked us through some of the common mistakes that we often make when we’re so desperate to get out children to eat, things that feel like the right thing but that can unwittingly make things worse.

She then gave us lots of practical ideas to help children to be more adventurous with food and to make mealtimes easier. Throughout the whole thing she was totally supportive and empathetic, not the tiniest hint of judgment. And because she has had to negotiate some struggles with her own child, I totally got the feeling that she really knew how frustrating it can be to want so badly for your child to eat better.

So it was a great combination of NHS dietetic expertise and genuine mum solidarity. There was an awful lot of really useful advice, much more than I was expecting in a free workshop and I loved some of her ideas. Super helpful.
