Your FAQs:
Get a better understanding of what we do and how we can help you. You might find insight in unexpected places!
The first step is choosing the right role- not just what you’ve done locally or what’s trending, but what actually fits your skills, experience, and goals. That’s what our Career Alignment Report helps with: we analyze your background and recommend six remote roles that are the best match for you.
Once you know your target role, take stock of the skills and tools you already have and where you may need to upskill. Inside the Career Club Community, we share courses and training opportunities to help close any gaps.
Before you start applying, make sure your résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and introduction audio/video are tailored to the role. If you need help optimizing those, we have the full setup in our Remote Career Authority Package. Just reach out and let us know which one of our services is the best fit for you right now.
Yes, we do. But just to clarify, we don’t search for jobs on your behalf or apply for you. Instead, we support your job hunt in 3 strategic ways inside the community:
1 - The "Who's Hiring Us?" Company Directory
This gives you a vetted list of international companies that hire Caribbean professionals, and shows you which ones don’t. So you don’t waste time applying to companies that won’t hire you based on your location.
2 - The Job Search Guide
Inside the Remote Job Crash Course, you’ll find our step-by-step guide on how to find remote jobs on LinkedIn as a Caribbean applicant. It's the same method we (and probably other creators) use to source the jobs shared online.
3 - Daily Job Postings
We post new remote job openings every weekday in the community, tailored to the types of roles our members are actually looking for.
Yes, we do- but not as a stand-alone service anymore.
We’ve always known that a résumé by itself isn’t enough to land remote interviews. But we've found that many people are applying with well-written résumés, but still get no results because they haven't considered the other key parts of a strong application- like a targeted cover letter, optimized LinkedIn profile, and the right strategy to find and apply for the best roles.
To avoid anyone purchasing a résumé revamp and still see no progress, we now offer the Remote Career Strategy Package- a complete service that helps you show up the right way in the international remote job market. It includes a rebuilt résumé, cover letter, career alignment report, and a full step-by-step plan to apply more strategically and finally start seeing results. Message us to get yours.
We offer 3 main ways to support Caribbean professionals who want to land international remote jobs:
🔹Tier 1 – Remote Career Strategy Package
This is our foundational service. It includes:
• A fully rebuilt résumé (aligned to remote roles)
• A custom cover letter
• A personalized Career Alignment Report
• A step-by-step application strategy to follow
🔹Tier 2 – Remote Career Authority Package
This is our most complete and premium service. It includes everything in Tier 1, plus:
• Complete LinkedIn profile rewrite
• A written script for your video/audio introduction
• Our Remote Interview Blueprint
• 30 days of ongoing support with access to our private strategy room
🔹The Career Club Community
Ideal for independent learners and job seekers who want ongoing guidance. Inside the community, you’ll get access to:
• The Remote Job Crash Course
• A free résumé audit/review
• The Job Alignment Report tool
• 20+ downloadable guides and templates
• A directory of companies hiring Caribbeans
• Weekly live sessions, daily job postings, and insights from our team
Regardless of your situation, you likely fall within one or more of these categories. Use this quick map to help choose the best service for you:
Choose the Strategy Package if:
You’ve been applying but not landing interviews
Or you haven’t started applying yet, but have 4+ years of experience and are aiming for mid- to high-level remote roles
Choose the Authority Package if:
You’ve been getting interviews or offers, but they’re not at the level you want
Or you’re transitioning into remote work and want the full setup with no gaps or guesswork
Join the Career Club Community if:
You’re still figuring things out and want to learn the ropes of remote work to decide if it's the best career option for you
If you purchased a package and want Oshido and the Team's ongoing support
Or if you want to be around other remote-focused, ambitious professionals while you navigate your remote career/journey.
We can't. Only the hiring companies and clients you work with can make that final decision on whether or not to hire you. You don't go to an interview with the guarantee of getting the job, but you go anyway. Why? Because there's a chance you will, and a higher chance if you prepare well. That's what we can make sure of.
What we guarantee is stronger positioning, clear remote role targeting that fits your background, and a step-by-step application strategy, which is what will improve the quality and volume of your responses and interview invites. Our insights are research-backed and recruiter-approved, which is why those who implement these frameworks always see better results.
Start by understanding what working remotely actually requires. Make sure you have the tools (laptop, headset, reliable internet) and traits (independent, organized, tech-savvy, able to learn quickly) to succeed in this space.
Then, choose one type of role that fits your current skills- this gives you the fastest shot at landing something real. From there, make sure your résumé, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, and introduction video script are tailored to that specific role. Our Remote Career Authority Package takes care of all of this for you in just 3–4 business days.
Apply only to roles that actually align with your experience, and don’t apply blindly. Track each application and follow up if you haven’t heard anything after 7 days. Inside the Career Club Community, you’ll find curated job postings, guides on how to search, and tools to help you move fast and smart. If you get stuck, just ask for support. We're always there to help.
Yes, we offer both preparation tools and guidance to help you feel more confident and ready.
If you get the Remote Career Authority Package, you’ll receive our Interview Blueprint and a bonus video lesson that walks you through how to prep and respond like a top candidate.
Inside the Career Club Community, we provide additional tips and support during weekly lives and discussions.
Our Interview Simulator (coming soon) will let you practice in real-time, so you're not just hoping to do well, but you're confident and prepared.
We work with all Caribbean professionals applying to international remote roles. Our targeting, messaging, and resources are designed specifically with that context in mind. Still, our advice and strategies apply to anyone trying to land a remote job, and we have helped people across the globe to gain better results in their applications by fixing their positioning and helping them tell a better career story.
Most international remote companies require applicants to be at least 18 for legal and contractual reasons. If you’re younger, focus on building skills and experience through freelancing, volunteering, or small projects so you’re ready when you meet the requirement.
