FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions answered about AI Agents.

When we talk about AI agents, we’re talking about agentic workflows — systems that follow logic, rules, or goals and take action across your tools without needing constant oversight.

It’s more than a trigger or an automation. It’s a setup that behaves like a helpful teammate: doing specific tasks, following structure, and sometimes making decisions based on context.

What the agent does depends entirely on your business — we just help bring that structure to life.

No. We don’t offer a menu of agent ideas. You bring the logic, task, or process — something you already do or wish to do — and we help you turn that into an agent. The process starts from your business, not from us.

That depends entirely on what you use. If your tools have API access or webhook capabilities, we can usually work with them. The agent is designed to fit into your current stack — we don’t require you to switch platforms.

We often use n8n to build them — but what we build is shaped by your process, not just the tool.

You do. There are usually a few different types of tools involved in an agentic workflow:

Your existing tools — like CRMs, email platforms, project management systems, or databases

AI models — like OpenAI or Anthropic, if the agent uses language or decision-making components

Workflow builders — like n8n or Crew AI, which we use to construct the logic and steps

All of these are paid platforms, and it’s your responsibility to set up and maintain the right subscriptions. We don’t cover or manage any third-party services. If your account is missing the features we need to build or run the agent, we’ll let you know — but it’s up to you to upgrade or troubleshoot.

You’ll also need to provide us with access. In most cases, that means sharing API keys or credentials. We can provide setup guides if needed, but you’ll be the one creating and owning each connection.

If anything goes wrong due to payment, expired access, or plan limits, that’s on your side — and it’s not included in our service.

No, you’ll pay just a one-time fee for the setup. After that, any ongoing costs are tied to the tools or platforms your agent uses — which you manage directly.
