Welcome to a calm, compassionate space for navigating perimenopause and beyond
Why this community exists
Perimenopause can feel confusing, lonely, and overwhelming. There's a lot of focus on hot flushes but our emotional wellbeing through this stage is not talked about enough.
It can be hard to find support locally, or to commit to attending a regular group meeting. And social media can feel draining when there is so much noise and so many 'quick fixes' being sold to us.
This space offers something different:
A private, supportive community
A quiet corner away from doom scrolling
A focus on small, meaningful changes that help you feel calmer and clearer
A place where all experiences are welcome
This community is for you if you
Are experiencing emotional changes during perimenopause or beyond
Want to feel less alone and more connected
Prefer gentle, flexible support you can dip in and out of
Value kindness, compassion, and personal growth
What you can expect
Weekly invitations to help you create space for yourself
A monthly group gathering to learn, practice techniques, and share experiences
A private chat space to connect with others
An invitation to a 30 minute one to one call with me in month two of your membership

Options for anonymity if that feels safer

A little about me
I’m an HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist with many years of experience supporting people with their emotional wellbeing. My work is Compassion Focused Therapy informed, which means I help people develop kinder, more supportive relationships with themselves, especially during times of change or challenge.
Occupational therapy is centred on what matters most to you and finding ways to live in alignment with that. I bring this approach into the community so you can create more space for yourself, reconnect with what feels meaningful, and build habits that support your wellbeing in everyday life.
I’m also navigating perimenopause myself and have been on HRT since I was 39. I share this not to offer medical advice (everyone’s journey is different) but because I know how disorientating, emotional, and confusing this stage can be. My personal experience helps me show up with empathy, honesty, and a deep respect for the many different ways people move through this time.
Alongside my professional training, I’m continually learning about practices that help us feel more grounded and connected, like gratitude practice, the power of nature, and rituals. These influences shape the prompts, reflections, and sessions I share, always with the invitation to take what feels helpful and leave what doesn’t.
I’m not here as a menopause medical expert, but as someone skilled in emotional wellbeing who walks alongside you. This community is a place where all experiences are welcome, and where we learn from each other as much as from any single source.

Not at all. This space is designed for real life and our fluctuating energy, broken sleep, unpredictable moods, and cognitive overload.
Please come as you are, and dip in and out as needed.
Is this on social media?
No. The community is hosted on a separate, distraction‑free app you can download to your phone. No scrolling, no comparison, no noise. Intentional support when you choose to open it.

You won’t miss out. All live sessions are recorded and shared inside the app so you can watch or listen in your own time. You can also come back to them when you need them.

I'm not sure if I'm in perimenopause or I'm post menopause, can I still join?
Absolutely. If you resonate with the overwhelm, the shifts in energy, or simply want a calmer, more intentional way of living, this community will still support you.
Will I need to share personal things in the group?
Only if you want to. You can simply read, listen, reflect, or quietly take what you need. There’s no expectation to participate in a certain way.
You can join with a different name if you prefer to stay anonymous.
