I’m a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a Life Coach specializing in the midlife experience of women. My work lives at the intersection of biology, emotion, and identity—where hormones shift, priorities sharpen, and a different kind of power begins to rise.

Yes, we work with food, movement, sleep, and stress.
But the real work?
It’s in helping you understand what your body is trying to say, and how to support it—without fear, shame, or war.
