I'm on a mission to make STEM more diverse and inclusive.

My journey started with my agency, building engaged online communities for STEM brands that encourage and empower the next generation of STEM leaders. 

But I want to do more. 

So, over the coming months I will be launching a brand new actionable, self-paced course with exclusive resources, aimed at teaching leadership and individuals how we can attract and retain more diversity in STEM.

I'll also be speaking at several noteworthy events, and creating a new, tailored coach/consult programme to help STEM brands create and implement diversity and inclusion iniatives that have true impact for their organisation and the industry community. This will be born from my finalised MA research, which pulls from knowledge of subject matter experts across DEI and STEM.

So stay tuned. 2024 is going to be busy...
