I've designed these Cluster Workouts to fit any experience level. You'll need workout bands and/or dumbbells, but feel free to bring anything else you have (or join me from the gym!).
Join me live and get your fitness questions answered. I'll review proper form, modifications for skill level, appropriate weights, and more! Session recordings will be emailed if you miss it live.
Not to worry! Recordings of each workout will be emailed to you after the session. Then, you'll have 48 hours to try them out at a time that works best for you.
