We try our best to source organic or non-gmo grains, flour, and other baking staples. We use local small farm eggs for the freshest taste. We believe in high quality butter and dairy and never seed oils. We love to offer some baked goods with healthier sugars like maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar but also use good old cane sugar in select products.
I sell by pre-order and at the Downtown Murray Farmers' Market 7-12 (May-October). Pre-order recommended as I do sell out early sometimes. Bread sold by order only November-April typically twice a month. Orders are delivered to select pick-up locations.
Yes, the occasional gluten-free pastry is available on our weekly menu. Someday I'd love to offer a wholesome gluten-free sourdough.
