We all know that buildings, houses etc, are not built in one day, they need time for soil excavation, then prepare the soil to be on a solid rock for the foundation to set on, and then pillars! You now have the opportunity to opt to train with Becah and community on a recurring basis! Our subscriptions are made of 12 weeks because in order to get results, you will need to commit to yourself first so I can walk with you along the way! My goal is that you find the pace and skills that you'd like to keep going after the 12-week programme. If you need more time, depending on your goals, you can start another 12-week programme after you complete your first one.

Foundation Subscription

 It's a 12-week core subscription not sold separately but in conjunction with the Pillar subscription.  Becah will create a comprehensive workout plan for you to do together live with Becah in-person or online.  It includes a private live Assessment Session, weekly workout revisions to accomodate your progress and preferences, 1 Live group sessions (in-person or virtual), and communication with like-minded women who you can interact with in the group sessions. All scheduled workouts & activities will be accessible via Becah's branded App.

Pillar Subscription I

 1-0-1 private Personal Training Sessions

This is an add-on to the Foundation Subscription live 1-0-1 virtual or in-person sessions in the dance studio. This is for those who desire and are ready for an extra layer of accountability, motivation and guidance and wish to experience accelerated results*. During the 1-0-1 live sessions, Becah will ensure that you train safely with proper form and technique. She will be available to use her knowledge and experience to answer your personal questions during the 1-0-1 sessions as well as providing you with regular feedback on your progress.

* results will depend on the readiness and commitment of the client
