Abortion Doula Coaching

When you need support through pregnancy loss and abortion, my services may include:

• Pregnancy options discussion & pregnancy termination education

• Emotional support & appointment accompaniment

• Small recovery care package

• Grief & reflection processing appointment (can include art or somatic therapies)

I believe in a collaborative and creative approach to care, where every individual’s unique experiences and needs are at the forefront of our work together. It is my hope that after our sessions, humans feel more confident in caring for their own bodies and spirits and connecting to their internal wisdom as their guide. My services adapt with the seasons and community need but include herbalism, end of life and abortion doula services, nourishment coaching, movement therapies, support for chronic pain and illness, patient education, advocacy and support navigating healthcare systems.
